Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service. I contacted the hotel reception to arrange a surprise gift delivery for a guest staying in one of your rooms. I specifically and clearly instructed the receptionist not to contact the guest under any circumstances, as the whole point was to keep it a surprise. I only called to confirm whether the driver could deliver directly to the room or should leave the item at reception due to current security procedures in Lebanon. Unbelievably, the moment I ended the call, the receptionist contacted the guest and informed them that I was sending a surprise—completely ruining the entire arrangement. What made the situation even worse was that when I called back to complain, instead of apologizing and taking responsibility, your team contacted the guest again and complained about me. This is beyond unprofessional and reflects extremely poor customer service and lack of basic hospitality standards. We regularly send gifts to hotels and have never experienced such careless and incompetent handling anywhere else. Very bad experience. Management seriously needs to retrain the front desk team.

I'm blown away by the SERVICE at this hotel! Every single staff member I interacted with was incredibly warm, genuine, gentle, and eager to help. From the Valet attendants, receptionists, concierge, front desk crew, room service staff, restaurant staff, Chief, all the way to the Operation Manager - everyone went ABOVE AND BEYOND. The location's fabulous too, with a breathtaking view over our beautiful and famous Raouché Rocks and our open sea, super convenient for exploring the city. But honestly, I'd go out of my way for the service alone! Highly recommend Raouché Arjaan Rotana Hotel (you'll be treated like family)
