They offered me smaller and worse rooms, and the room phone was out of order for almost the entire stay. The parking wasn't free, and I was charged for it. Unfortunately, the staff was dishonest; they tampered with my personal belongings and stole my perfumes. I have proof of this. A very bad experience; I do not recommend this hotel.
