in the last weekI used to come this hotel since 10 years where I used to spend good times. The time in early January I visited the hotel and I was shocked. Outdated rooms not renewed for long time. Although I was booking a front sea view suite..Not even trying to make the rooms attractive.. No coffee machines although it is a 4 stars hotel. Empty kitchenette with No tools even. Ac’s are not central, and I think it was broken. If you are looking for a below normal room with a great view then this is the right place. But not for a good value.

a week agoOur stay at Arjaan by Rotana – Raouche was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel is very clean, elegant, and comfortable, with a great location and a relaxing atmosphere. Everything was well organized and exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Omar, who truly made our stay unforgettable. He is extremely kind, professional, and always smiling. He helped us with everything we needed and was always available. Whenever we asked for anything, he brought it immediately and made sure we were comfortable at all times. His service was exceptional and reflects the high standards of the hotel. Thank you, Omar, for your outstanding service, and thank you to the entire hotel team. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
