Good place at the beach for bachelors and events However, there was a miscommunication about the minimum charge by the manager. When we brought up the issue, the response was unprofessional, with accusations either of us lying or of us accusing him of lying. We prepared all the decorations ourselves, not the venue.

Very poor parking service, that’s a rip off. Azure as a destination should have a proper customer workflow experience which they just claim that is not their responsibility. They do not provide towels to guests knowing that azure in Dubai does. The caliber of the place should be at a completely different level. People jumping and diving in the pool isn’t a nice thing to do splattering everyone around. The beds are just cramped all over the place, which leaves you with not a single inch of movement around your bed. The food quality is below poor and the portion of the alcohol beverages is tiny. All in all management in UAE should send a change management consultant and seriously consider fixing the workflow and options and F&B and policies. A pleasant day turned out very frustrating.

Azure is one of my favorite resorts! I really love this place. The pool is amazing and the vibes as well.

Very unprofessional and bad management especially the operation manager doest know how to treat guests and talk to them I came from bshemoun to zouk mosbeh to be humiliated its my first and last time coming to this resort not worth it
