Zaatar W Zeit – Zaitunay Bay

Today we visited Zaatar W Zeit in Zaytouna Bay. The location is beautiful, and we’ve always enjoyed coming here as regular customers. However, today’s experience had a few disappointing moments. While dining in, my young daughter accidentally spilled her yogurt drink. My wife approached the waitress for assistance, and she was helpful in cleaning it up, which we appreciated. However, we were surprised that no one offered to replace the drink — I had to ask for it myself. Later, when we received the bill, I noticed that we were charged for the yogurt twice — once for the spilled one and again for the replacement. As loyal customers, this felt a bit unfair and unexpected. Additionally, the condition of the tables could really use some attention. They’re noticeably worn and in need of renovation to match the otherwise modern vibe of the place. We hope the management takes this feedback into account — the food is great, but a little more attentiveness and upkeep would go a long way

The space is nice and appealing (the caouches need w bit of maintenance). The service was great. I want to mention Ahmad who served our table, he was helpful, friendly and professional! Ordered the baked falafel and it was good.

Went there in the weekdays, the place was full, nice ambience, great view to the bay, welcoming staff and helpful, polite waiters and friendly. We ordered the green and z knefeh, the service was fast and the food was very delicious as usually, highly recommended.

Great food as always. The zeitouna bay branch is one of my favorites due to the nice outdoor seating overlooking the luxury yachts. Highly recommended!

We had breakfast in Zaatar w Zeit outdoor , the food was delicious and affordable , staff were super friendly and professional . I totally recommend this restaurant for family and friends gathering .
