Serving an eclectic menu of Japanese cuisine along with one of the largest selections of signature dishes, Le Sushi Bar, opened in 1998, is still a pioneer in its field and a phenomenal success in the country. It has withstood the test of time through great attention to detail, innovation, dedication to perfection, continuous evolution and adaptation to new trends.
Le Sushi Bar is also behind popular creations such as Crazy Maki, Naked Maki and Volcano Maki, which have now been replicated and served in the majority of Japanese restaurants across the land.
On the 15th of October 2020, Le Sushi Bar was announced the winner at the 2020 “Restaurant & Bar Design Awards” for the Middle East and Africa Restaurant Category. This award is a celebration to all the Lebanese creativity, expertise, taste and passion that have been put in its creation. We dedicate it to the remarkable Lebanese artists and executors who contributed in making Le Sushi Bar an ultimate epitome of interior elegance. This wouldn’t have been possible without the unique vision of Gregory Gatserelia who meticulously designed our high energy-space.

a month agoFood was very average nothing special and didn’t taste very fresh. Music was too loud for dinner it was difficult hearing each other. It’s a shame because it was one of my favorite sushi restaurants

7 months agoThe food was really good and the atmosphere was amazing, its nice for groups where you try multiple items, a bit expensive but the quality is good. I recommend the marinated salmon, beef tartar and kimchi edamame and tuna rice. They were really good, everything else we ordered was exceptional as well.

a year agoHigh-end restaurant bar and probably the best sushi place in town! The setting, food, service, clientele, interior design and atmosphere are all at a high standard which makes your whole experience exceptional and pleasant. The highly recommended dishes, not to be missed are: marinated salmon, seared scallops, the crab salad and the star of the evening “the black cod”!! The only other place I had such a succulent black cod is at Zuma. This one was an identical copy. The only thing I had which I did not like was the crispy squid which was very chewy and almost tasteless, a waste of money and calories. Other than that, everything else was amazing. The prices are on the high side, but that’s something you’d expect in a similar high-end high-quality service. Super dinner for 2 with 2 white wine bottles and dessert: $200
