2 weeks agoThe Level of Service received by Tamara was above expectations. Loved the room and View. The attention to detail was impeccable and added so much value. Truly a Wonderful Stay... Ali at the Rooftop Swimming pool was extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay nothing short of extraordinary.

2 weeks agoDisappointing Experience – Not Up to 5-Star Standards I recently stayed at Raouché Arjaan by Rotana, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations one would have for a 5-star hotel. Starting with the room: we were given one with a very small window, poor lighting, and an unpleasant view overlooking a back street. The atmosphere was far from comfortable or welcoming. Breakfast was also underwhelming — the variety was extremely limited, and a few items were not even edible, which was disappointing. However, the most unacceptable part of our stay was the treatment we received at the rooftop pool area. We simply wanted to enjoy a coffee there but were told to leave because we were wearing slippers. If there is a dress code for the rooftop or pool area, it should be clearly communicated in advance. What made the situation worse was the unprofessional attitude of the staff. On our way out, they laughed at us, which was completely inappropriate and felt discriminatory. As part of a reputable international hotel chain, I believe it’s crucial to ensure all staff are properly trained to treat guests with respect and fairness. Discrimination and poor service should never be tolerated in hospitality. I’m sorry to share such negative feedback, but I believe it’s important for future guests to be aware of these issues. I truly hope the hotel management takes this seriously and works on improving the service, facilities, and staff professionalism.

a month agoExtremely disappointing for a so-called 5-star hotel. The central AC was freezing cold and there was no way to control the temperature from the room. We asked the staff for help, but there was no real solution — just thin blankets and apologies. It’s unacceptable to not have individual climate control at this level. We were uncomfortable and this is definitely not what you’d expect from a luxury hotel.

4 months agoI recently went for an *Iftar* at *Gefinor Rotana Raouche* and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. The buffet was *super small* with very limited options, and the variety was lacking. The selection of food was minimal, and what was available didn't feel fresh or exciting. As for the *dessert buffet*, it was exclusively *Arabic sweets* with *no variety* in the options , i tried some of them they were not even fresh , to be honest the waiters service was friendly and fast other than that we fidn’t like at all , all what we eat is “r2a2at jebne”! If you're looking for something more diverse, this definitely isn't the place. When we finished we went out for the car , no valet was available to give us the key , no one was at the reception even ! Overall, I wouldn't recommend it based on my experience. There are many other places that offer better value and a wider range of food for Iftar , price 33$ you could increase the price and put a variety an options , not first time we went to an iftar in a hotel.

3 months agoIts my second time in this hotel This time a gave it a chance and its a last chance I booked sea view rooms actually one suite and one double room. The view was blocked with the high fence and you need to stand and be close to the window to actually see the sea. Its expensive and not worth it. It shouldn’t be listed as a sea-view room , it would be better if i would actually be seeing anything but the fence. Check the pictures that’s what you see when you are sitting in the room.
