Hanadi from the housekeeping team was outstanding, ensuring everything was spotless and well-organized. Her professionalism and warmth significantly enhanced my stay especially when you have a baby in the room.

3 months agoGreat location with good facilities. Rooms are okay level. Ahmed Jaafar cleaning service is great, no complaints. Breakfast is good quality and other foods too.

5 months agoOk everything is clean, but at least have the sun chairs more comfortable, you cant even sun tan because of how uncomfortable they are without cushions. And for guests owning chalets, you cant go in the pool without purchasing the ticket or become a member?! Not logic at all!!
