a week agoWe stayed at the hotel and we had a great time. The facilities were great and the atmosphere was awesome. Ahmad Jaafar the housekeeping supervisor and rayyan from check in were also great and were always there to accommodate my needs.

a week agoI have been a client of Movenpick Beirut for many years, ever since it was first opened in the early 2000s. I come every summer and enjoy their attentive service in their magnificent, clean, well maintained and spacious resort. Recently, I had to cancel my room reservation because of a flight cancellation. I sent my request and was served by Rasha Doak, who kindly accommodated my request for a full refund of my payment. She was very responsive to the messages I sent and was very professional and kind in her communication. Send her my regards!

3 weeks agoVery gorgeous place with great service at hand, the most beautiful about Movembic is the pool and the Mediterranean view. Its service great and you felt like your home, it supervisor Mr. Ahmad Jaafar friendly and he worked with passion. Also, Ms. Fatima worked with affection and she was greatly caring for the visitor. I highly recommend you visit this nice place.

Everyone beginning with the Valet, to the reception, to the breakfast restaurant,pool staff and management give great customer service with a smile. I would like to give a special recognition to Mohamad Bast and Ahmad Yousef in room service. At the breakfast restaurant, I would like to give special recognition to Mohamad Kanaan,Hanin Safa, Amer Mrawed,Ahmad Elsayed, Hala Jaafar in the Breakfast restaurant. The Breakfast restaurant experience was exceptional. Honestly, all I can say is the customer service at this hotel is the best I have experienced . I would also like to recognise the manager Charbel and Rana at the front desk. I have been over 200 different hotels in my business.
