a week agoMy stay at the Mövenpick Hotel was a truly enjoyable experience. The pool area was absolutely fantastic—clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. It quickly became one of my favorite spots during the visit. While the beach could have been better cared for in terms of cleanliness, the overall atmosphere and service made up for it. I also want to recognize Hanadi and her team in housekeeping and room service. Their attention to detail, warm attitude, and commitment to guest comfort did not go unnoticed and really enhanced the stay.

a week agoMy experience at the Mövenpick Hotel was overall wonderful. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, and the facilities were well-maintained. The swimming pool, in particular, was a highlight—clean, well-kept, and a perfect place to relax. While the beach area could have been cleaner, it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment of the stay. I’d also like to give a special mention to Hanadi and her team in housekeeping and room service, who were consistently professional, friendly, and attentive. Their efforts added a lot to the comfort and quality of the stay.

The rooms were clean and modern, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic with a wide variety of options. Special thanks to the friendly and attentive staff, especially Housekeeping Supervisor Ahmad Jaafar, who made the stay even more enjoyable. A perfect place for a relaxing and classy getaway. a week agoI stayed at Mövenpick Beirut and honestly, it was not a good experience. The workers were really rude, especially the lifeguards. They acted like they didn’t want to help and were just plain disrespectful. What bothered me even more was how some of the guests acted. A few of them were openly racist, and no one from the hotel did anything about it. It made me feel out of place — in my own home country. That’s not something I expected to feel at a hotel here. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone. The staff seriously need better training, and the hotel should make sure all guests are treated with respect.
