A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Old Beirut! The Arthaus is truly a hidden gem tucked away in the vibrant Gemmayzeh Street—one of the oldest and most charming streets in Beirut, now buzzing with local cafés, restaurants, and a unique blend of art and tradition. This boutique hotel completely exceeded my expectations. I wasn’t anticipating such high-quality service and absolutely delicious food—the food alone is worth a visit! What stood out the most for me was the beautiful courtyard in the center of the hotel, surrounded by an enchanting garden with massive, ancient trees—some probably older than me! Originally an old Lebanese home from the early 1900s, the space has been thoughtfully transformed into a boutique hotel that maintains its historic soul. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience feel personal and warm. If you’re visiting Beirut for the first time, I highly recommend staying here. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Lovely restaurant with refined food. I took the tataki steak salad and it was well balanced and delicious. Prices are a bit high but the place is just divine

I attended a wedding here. The bar served a range of drinks and cocktail/mocktails flowed.

The location is so unique and beautiful, when it comes to combining old lebanese architecture with modern art. However, the food is overpriced, yet the quantity is so small for the price paid. And the service is too slow that it took them more than 45 mins to get our order.
