a month agoThis beautifully restored old home turned boutique hotel was the perfect balance between classic charm and modern comfort. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, the food and drinks were excellent, and the outdoor courtyard is a dream. The owner’s impressive art collection is displayed throughout the hotel, adding a unique and personal touch to every corner. Most of all, the staff made our stay truly special—warm, attentive, and welcoming. Special shoutout to Carl for going above and beyond. We felt right at home and can’t wait to return!

3 weeks agoI rarely put a review on google, but this place worth 100 star not only 5 ! The way how this place was transformed from a house to a hotel and a restaurant is something different ! Also, the food was way more than excellent. The Kale salad and Risotto mushroom were exceptional. To the owner of this place, I wish you best of luck !

2 months agoA Hidden Gem in the Heart of Old Beirut! The Arthaus is truly a hidden gem tucked away in the vibrant Gemmayzeh Street—one of the oldest and most charming streets in Beirut, now buzzing with local cafés, restaurants, and a unique blend of art and tradition. This boutique hotel completely exceeded my expectations. I wasn’t anticipating such high-quality service and absolutely delicious food—the food alone is worth a visit! What stood out the most for me was the beautiful courtyard in the center of the hotel, surrounded by an enchanting garden with massive, ancient trees—some probably older than me! Originally an old Lebanese home from the early 1900s, the space has been thoughtfully transformed into a boutique hotel that maintains its historic soul. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience feel personal and warm. If you’re visiting Beirut for the first time, I highly recommend staying here. I’ll definitely be coming back!

a month agoTucked behind the old walls of Gemmayze lies a hidden pulse; equal parts gallery, garden, and gathering place. Arthaus doesnt just host events; it curates moments that feel like film stills. Every corner tells a story, but it’s the unspoken details, the lighting, the layout, the way the air shifts when music begins, that suggest someone with a sharp eye is quietly orchestrating the atmosphere. You wont always see the name behind the magic, but you'll feel the signature! Let’s just say, if you know, you know. And if you don’t… you will.
