Em Sherif Cafe Downtown

We had the pleasure of enjoying Iftar at Em Sherif Café, and it was an incredible experience! 🌙 The food was absolutely delicious, with every detail carefully crafted. The falafel and fatteh were outstanding, and the shisha was top-notch! Service was incredibly fast, making the evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! 👌🏼

Em sherif was a really memorable experience of sights, tastes, and smells that distinguished itself with three main pillars: -Great tasting food: from makanek, shawarma, labneh, meat and chicken kababs, hendbeh and other favorites are presented well seasoned and month watering -Authentic taste with a presentation twist: true to tradition flavor experiences meet a twist on presentation to keep things exciting. Watch the consistent small dice on the fattouch bread or the giant scoop labneh with seasoning blended in - Attention to details of the experience: from freshly backed yummy small pita exploding with flavor to nicely presented layered riz b halib with crunchy rice bites to add texture. Overall of you want a lebanese cuisine experience in a fresh and exciting setting, Em sherif is a strong contender.

Overrated place... My experience was below the expectations based on what I saw on social media and marketing campaigns about Em Sherif. From the very small portion, to the badly recommended drinks, to the loud atmosphere... Food taste was average.

Well it was a disappointment. May be because of the very high expectations the trade has, it wasn't at all as expected. Although a good service, but the food was average with very small portions and the atmosphere wasn't extraordinary. Even the decoration was mediocre. Drinks are very badly done and recommended. I guess big names fall out bigger.

Unfortunately my experience wasn’t pleasant. The place is completely overrated and overpriced for what you are getting. Coming from a Lebanese family…. The food there is below average. Taboule was too lemony (not sure if they were just trying to put their own spin to it which I would consider a fail in my book), the shish tawouk was heh, the kibbe was extremely heh… I was expecting a wow in accordance to the brand and reputation and for the price you are paying but I was disappointed unfortunately..
