a month agoHonestly, I was really shocked by the worst service ever—and they call themselves a hotel. First of all, there was a terrible smell in the lobby hallway. Second, the receptionist (Amad or Amal) was not friendly at all. The room service was awful; the food was so bad I wouldn’t even give it to my dog. They also gave us the wrong room according to our reservation and even gave our reserved room to another guest. There was no gym, no facilities at all, and on top of that, water was leaking from the room above us. Overall, it was a very bad experience. It was a lesson for the future, but I will never come back to this place and I do not recommend it to anyone.
