a month agoAsked for a room for a couple with a kid. They forced us to take 2 rooms. How can a 6 yr old girl sleep in one room alone. We suggested an extra bed but the management is very strict and didn't accept.

a month agoWhile the hotel facilities are excellent, the staff behavior was shockingly poor. We dealt with one woman (Ms Soukaina El Jamal )who seemed to be the only rude contact person, running the whole hotel and was unable to refer us or let us speak with a manager. She was rude, unprofessional, and clearly inexperienced. Sadly, this completely overshadowed what could have been a great stay, although we have stayed in this hotel more than an excellent 20 times, it seems that they hired the wrong person for the wrong position and that by itself is sad for such a lovely place. Hope they will review their choices in order for us to enjoy again this place.
