This award is a celebration to all the Lebanese creativity, expertise, taste and passion that have been put in its creation. We dedicate it to the remarkable Lebanese artists and executors who contributed in making Le Sushi Bar an ultimate epitome of interior elegance. This wouldn’t have been possible without the unique vision of Gregory Gatserelia who meticulously designed our high energy-space.

2 weeks ago"Dined in sushi restaurants all over the world & Le Sushi Bar by far is my number 1 now. Final night in Beirut and I wish I found this place earlier. Service is great, drinks were spot on, food is fresh & hits all the right flavours, the servings came out perfectly, wasn't rush & the table stayed tidy, the ambience & music sets the scene for a wonderful sushi dining experience. A absolute must do when in Beirut. Will be back in June. Keep up the great work & a very Merry Christmas & fantastic new year. 12/12/2025
