Serving an eclectic menu of Japanese cuisine along with one of the largest selections of signature dishes, Le Sushi Bar, opened in 1998, is still a pioneer in its field and a phenomenal success in the country. It has withstood the test of time through great attention to detail, innovation, dedication to perfection, continuous evolution and adaptation to new trends.
Le Sushi Bar is also behind popular creations such as Crazy Maki, Naked Maki and Volcano Maki, which have now been replicated and served in the majority of Japanese restaurants across the land.
On the 15th of October 2020, Le Sushi Bar was announced the winner at the 2020 “Restaurant & Bar Design Awards” for the Middle East and Africa Restaurant Category. This award is a celebration to all the Lebanese creativity, expertise, taste and passion that have been put in its creation. We dedicate it to the remarkable Lebanese artists and executors who contributed in making Le Sushi Bar an ultimate epitome of interior elegance. This wouldn’t have been possible without the unique vision of Gregory Gatserelia who meticulously designed our high energy-space.
