Kibbekitchen is a brandnew idea offering a complete new take on the know “Kibbeh” from the lebanese cuisine, by making this wholesome meal accessible to all as a fast and enjoyable street food experience.
Food: I was not sure what to expect in terms of taste but it was exceptionally delicious. It is quite healthy snack, as it is baked, and you can choose your own recipe ingredients from the list. They have vegan options too. I recommend you to get at least 3 different.
Drinks: There are quite a few options, including ayran and homemade lemonade. To make it extra perfect, I would suggest considering making homemade ayran.
Service: I was served by a very friendly lady. The owner also seems like a nice person and he explained me all the concept. I hope they extend their business in different countries.
Price: Most of kibbes are around 3 usd.
Location: It is located right next to the road. If you are a tourist, you could take a walk from here to downtown, there are many interesting buildings to see. Opposite to them, there is a shop with postcards.
Thank you for delicious meal! I’ll definitely recommend it to people who go to Beirut! I’ll also try to come back for another snack :).
This place is a gem. The option to combine your base and filling for kibbeh is genius. I really enjoy the pumpkin and lentil base. The portions are generous, and the ability to buy individual kibbeh or in a package is perfect for someone who has small stomach like me. I was full just by a salad and two kibbeh. There are 20 flavor options: vegan and meat lover can find something they like here. And you gotta try to pumpkin salad— it’s such a nice and comforting take of humble pumpkin.
The service is fast, clean, and friendly. The place is cute and even though it is small, it is comfortable enough for dine-in.
Give this place a try!
Food was exquisite! We ordered some unconventional kebbehs (shrimp curry; kernel) which were blissfully delicious! The other options like the guac, truffle & labneh awarma were also a delight! Would recommend to anyone who loves or wants to try the kebbeh in a way that bridges tradition with modern twists! (ps: there are some gluten free options)
The best place I ever tried kibbe at!
Everything was perfect!
Salad was super tasty and good!
Kibbe has a lot of choices to try!
Arnabieh was my favorite and Mhammara with Labneh
Even vine leaves were amazing! Homemade taste.
Must try!!!!
Tried it for the first time yesterday. The young lady working there greeted us with a smile. She was very welcoming and accommodating and did everything with a smile. She was very friendly and was a big part of why we enjoyed our experience. The food was absolutely delicious. We will definitely go back and I definitely recommend this restaurant!
