Terrible Experience at The Mist Hotel - Not Worth $200 We recently stayed at The Mist Hotel, and we regret spending $200 for what turned out to be a very disappointing experience. The indoor pool, which was a major reason for choosing this hotel, was freezing cold at around 7 degrees—completely unusable. To make matters worse, several areas of the hotel were poorly maintained. The gym had the lights turned off, and some of the equipment wasn’t even functioning. The kids’ area, which we were looking forward to, was also dark and neglected. The breakfast experience the next day was another disaster. The waitstaff were outright rude, and when we asked for something, they confusingly asked, “Do you need a full one or half?” On top of that, one of the waiters started openly complaining about another table, gossiping about how guests had ordered items and didn’t finish them. It was incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable. Overall, our stay was a complete letdown, and we wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere for a better experience.

We enjoyed our stay from all aspects. The rooms were very neat and spacious. The location was close to the main attractions there. The staff was accommodating even when it comes to the spa. The only thing we didn't enjoy was when we spent the evening in the lobby it became a closed up smoke house. Horrible smell and you could barely breathe not to mention how your clothes and hair smells.

Bad experience, it is a very nice and luxurious hotel inside out yet has a very bad service, no idea if because its winter season. No one to guide you to your room and hold your baggage neither a one in the gym and intertainment area to serve you. You have access to the (warm pool) that is disabled so its always cold

I think the meal we had in their international restaurant was 7 star caliber. We had to meet the chef to thank him for all the tasty food we had. Everything from appetizers to sandwiches to main dishes was spectacular. Ah we should not forget the out of this world view! What an extraordinary experience.
