a week agoWhether you're looking for rest, romance, or a family vacation, this resort has it all. The service was top-notch: attentive, friendly, and always with a smile. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options. I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended.

a month agoIt’s such a shame that this brand new resort, with all its visual beauty and potential, is completely ruined by the unprofessionalism of the staff and the overall lack of quality or care in the experience. You’d expect something new and promising to set a higher standard, but unfortunately, there’s absolutely nothing here that makes it stand out from any average, overhyped spot , and in many ways, it’s worse. One of the biggest letdowns was their blatantly false advertising of “Ladies Day” on Wednesdays, which turned out to be nothing but a gimmick. We showed up expecting something special, as advertised, but there were no offers, no perks—nothing at all for the ladies. Just empty words to get people in the door. The food situation is another major letdown, massively overpriced for portions that are ridiculously small. To make things worse, the staff is frustratingly vague when it comes to pricing, especially for items not listed on the menu. One staff member told us a pitcher of gin basil was $30, but when we inquired about another pitcher (a different drink), he refused to give us a straight answer about the price and we were shocked to find it cost double what he said about the first one. It felt intentionally misleading and dishonest. Between the lack of transparency, the underwhelming experience, and the inflated prices, it’s hard to understand what this place thinks it’s offering that justifies any of it. A beautiful setting means nothing when the service is poor, the promotions are fake, and guests leave feeling scammed.

4 weeks agoWe had just entered to enjoy the pool, but only five minutes after getting in, we were told we had to leave because we had a baby with us. This was extremely disappointing, especially since we were not informed at reception that babies are not allowed in the pool. We requested a refund and had to leave immediately. The way management handled the situation was very unprofessional, and the lack of clear communication left us feeling frustrated and let down.

a month agoNice resort and pool, but the food was overpriced and bad - dry sandwiches, over-fried fries. Service was poor, especially at the reception. Not worth the $35 entrance fee overall
