Conut Centro Mall

Honestly, this is my first time at this mall. The shops are nice, and most of them are Lebanese. But the problem is, I contacted the mall twice about the Christmas events, and they said we could come without a reservation. We waited from morning until after noon for the show, and in the end, it turned out they needed a reservation and it was fully booked. What kind of organization is this if the mall didn't know about it? The worst experience, first and last time.
