Dea Del Mar Resort Byblos

Went here with the family given the location. The indoor restaurant is stunning, and the outside is as nice. The food is good, not amazing, but good - would I be craving it ? No ! Do I regret any dish we ordered? No. And this is where it starts going south. The service is so so so soooo slow. I mean, ice will melt faster in Antarctica than the service here, and the restaurant was not packed nor super busy either. They do not provide any type of "amuse bouche" at the beginning (for example, olives ). For the price of this place you can offer something given the slow service. We were hoping to taste their famous kibbeh, but it was sadly sold out 🤔🤔 Now the valet, ah gotta love the valet. They guy old us is 400 000 LL, which normally valet here is "pay as you like to tip". Don't get me wrong as we normally tip 5$ but the fact he imposed a price was what bothered me. And the car was right there, in front of the valet hut, to which he gave us the key to "get the car", IMO the valet worker was just scamming "tourists" which sadly left a bitter note making us definitely not wanting to come back.

The bungalow was amazing and definitely worth getting if you’re in a group of 6+ people - awesome value and a really nice setup. Trying to pay a deposit & making payment on the day was our biggest hurdle. There was no mention that there was a public holiday for the day that I had reserved until I arrived & they charged us extra for the bungalow. Despite this though, we loved coming here and we would come back.

Very nice place to go for the pool. The pool is nice and has a poolside bar and infinity ledge overlooking the sea. I went with a few friends. Staff is very friendly. The food isn’t the best, but that can be overlooked.

I love the place! Simple and reasonably priced, the service is nice and the seatings are nice. I liked the pool and the center island. We ate at the restaurant and it was very good. I loved the decoration and the fact that they do not let people enter after the seats are full, so it is never overcrowded.

We spent a wonderful weekend in dea del mare . The place is very nice and very clean , the food is very delicious with affordable prices . We were served by a guy named Badih , he was very polite, helpful and veryyyy fast . Even our little girl was so happy and pleased ... I highly recommend.
