in the last weekHonestly, the food was excellent. I tried the trendy Rosto sandwich and the fries sandwich both were impressive. However, by law, prices should be clearly displayed next to each item, and at Em Sherif Deli the menu on the wall has no prices, which isn’t acceptable. Food quality is a solid 10/10, but it is slightly expensive compared to other places.

3 months agoTrendy, tasty, and definitely knows it. The authentic Lebanese sandwiches are fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. We waited 10 minutes in line, then 15 more for the food — just enough time to admire the decor. It’s pricey — likely due to the location and upscale branding — but the quality holds up. Crowded, yes, but the staff keep things moving and friendly. A fun spot for two if you’re craving something delicious and don’t mind paying a little extra for the vibe.

2 months agoI visited Deli 4 times in three weeks during my visit from DC. Every flavor is there as you can imagine from all the sandwiches and even dishes. You can tell it’s clean. But yes, it’s so overpriced.. but if you wanna treat yourself or even try what’s the hype about… it’s not a disappointment. And what I praise them the most for: consistency in flavors. Every time I went there, the same flavors are present which what we want when we go to a restaurant!

a month agoWanted to try this place to see what the hype was about. We had to queue to get in, and they have menus on the wall but no prices. The place is small, and the employees are super busy, so it's hard to get answers to any questions. The meat sandwich is $17, and it's not even a meal - just a mini sandwich with about 50g of meat. The tables and chairs are very uncomfortable. I was hoping to be wowed by the taste, but the bread was chewy. The taste was somewhat better, but the meat was tender. It wasn't exotic - just meat and some sauces. Honestly, the food was disgusting, and that's my biggest issue. If I had been blown away by the taste, I might have felt better about the price, thinking it was worth the experience. Would I ever go back? No, and I'd advise others to save their money and not bother

3 months agoIt’s a nice spot with a street food vibe, though often overcrowded. Some of the special items sell out quickly. Overall, it’s more about the atmosphere than the food. I’ve tried most of the menu, and while it’s good, I still prefer Em Sherif Café — especially the sandwiches, which I found to be tastier for the same items. That said, I still go there — it’s a must-try when you’re in Lebanon
