Lancaster Plaza Beirut

The hotel is excellent and very clean. The services are outstanding, and the view is absolutely beautiful. The staff are extremely respectful and always have a smile on their faces. They assist you with everything you might need during your trip—from restaurant reservations to great local recommendations. At the reception, Mr. Mostafa and Mr. Ahmad were highly professional, always welcoming with a warm smile and kind words. The staff member responsible for the rooms, Mr. Ahmad, is calm, highly skilled, and always has an immediate solution for everything. My overall rating: This hotel deserves more than five stars in terms of quality, service, and location. For my next trip, I will definitely be staying at the same hotel. Much respect!

Very Bad experience. Staff (Ali,Dina) at the reception are rude and arrogant. I booked with my staff (2 person) two rooms with breakfast for with for 3 night & we had breakfast for once. During breakfast one of my team in beirut had a cup of tea with us. & we informed the unprofessional staff in the restaurant that he is part of the team. So while checking out I got surprised that they charged me a breakfast for additional person. That was really inhospitable, aloofness which did not happen with us before with staybridge, & movenpic. Additionally, the gym is so humid which is not healthy during work out. Moreover, they gave us 3 cards for the room , one of them was for lancaster sweet hotel & the receptionist dina insist in a rude way that she did not gave it to us. Anyway , very bad experience & don't recommend at all.

I highly recommend Ali Assaf, who worked as a luggage attendant. He is extremely polite, reliable, and always ready to assist guests with a smile. During my stay in the deluxe room, I was impressed by its modern look and feel. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. I also want to recommend Mustafa and Mohammed at the reception. They were always helpful and quick to resolve my concerns with professionalism and kindness.

I tried the buffet breakfast today as Walk-In. The view from Fumé Bar restaurant (the 19th floor) is incredible! The food is awful! 3/10! Won't try it again!

For 2 days & 5 times follow up no room service, very bad hotel, no body response & wasting of time & money, room card not working as well for 5 days every day card stop & we recharging the card & not open until they send master key, worst experience
