2 weeks agoThe greatest Daoukieh of all time. Fresh , not extra sweet. Pistachio layers are thick and generous. Cream (قشطة) is fresh in spite of the hot weather. Helpful and welcoming staff. But unwelcoming cashier. I will definitely come again for this great taste we grew up on it.

2 months agoThis is the newest branch opened by Al Daouk. We tried their new Daoukiye Ice cream. It’s an Ashtabula ice cream covered by Pistachio Paste and then it’s dipped in chocolate and covered with pistachios. It’s tasty and refreshing. It costs 600,000 LBP. The service was quick.

4 months agoThis was my second time trying it. I really enjoy Knefe and I also like Daoukiye, but personally, I didn’t find the combination of both appealing. The mix of warm Knefe with cold Ashta didn’t quite work for me. I think it might taste better if they used pistachio paste without the Ashta. I also tried the Maamoul, and I really liked it—definitely worth a try.

a month agoTried the “daoukieh” and it was absolutely delicious. It has 2 soft layers of fresh green pistachio purée on top and bottom, and inside a rich and creamy Ashta and a layer of crunchy cashew nuts. A beautiful balance of vibrant colors, texture and flavor. A pure joy and an absolute must-try.
