We were here for dinner, we were pleasantly surprised. The view was stunning, the service excellent, and the food delicious with exotic flavors. I highly recommend it for a memorable dining experience, enhanced by a nice atmosphere and great music selection.

Booked today for 16 people, we were the but they refused to let us in because my husband was wearing Adidas sneakers(not running shoes)—despite being dressed smart casual. Apparently, at Merchak, it’s not how you dress but what brands you wear that matter. Do they expect us to wear fake luxury brands to fit in? They said they’d make an ‘exception,’ but we chose to leave instead. If you’re looking for a place that values appearances over customers, this is the spot. Not a place we want to support

Tables are so attached to each other , we had to move every time someone wants to pass. Second the food is not delicious AT ALL (tasteless) especially watermelon salad it was acidified and they charged us for it even after we DID NOT EAT IT. Third they have shortage of staff , and the staff are undertrained and not qualified to service people , we ordered an alcoholic bottle they waited around half an hour to open it and eventually my friend started pouring our drinks. To make things worse a big tile in the floor broke while people were dancing. Eventually we had a BIG BILL and left unsatisfied and pissed !!
