Bakelab Counter Beirut

Probably the best pain suisse, pain au chocolat and croffin I’ve tried in Lebanon so far. They look beautiful and taste even better. The baguettes are also authentic and artisanal. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are on the higher side, but the quality of the pastries makes it worth it.

Bakelab is absolutely delicious. I’ve visited several times and loved every experience. Their baked goods are some of the best I’ve had, the staff are friendly and personable, and the space is charming. Take my word, you’re going to love anything you try!

I just ordered their baguette tradition and pain au chocolat and honestly, it instantly took me back to my childhood in France. The flavors, the texture, the crispiness… it’s exactly how it’s supposed to be. The bread is insane authentic, nostalgic, and absolutely perfect. I’m obsessed.
