a week agoMy experience at this hotel was very bad, and I do not recommend it at all. I stayed for three days, and the cleanliness was poor, the bathrooms were in bad condition, room service was unsatisfactory, and the breakfast was very ordinary. The staff were not friendly and did not offer any meaningful assistance. On the third day, a water pump malfunctioned and caused a loud noise in the middle of the night. When I asked for the issue to be fixed, the hotel manager said it could not be resolved until the morning, which was completely unacceptable. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. 2 weeks agoThe hotel is very nice, a two-story, renovated old building for a family. The rooms are lovely but lack a TV and ironing board. The location is bad and the view is even worse. The restaurant's outdoor seating is nice. The service is excellent and the staff are very friendly, from reception to service, especially George, who took a lovely, very spontaneous photo of us.
