All staff were kind and cooperative. The service is wonderful. The food is delicious and affordable. The setting, view and location is wonderful. The reception people: Simona, elissa, mabelle , karim and toni were very nice and helpful.

The two days we spent at Scappa were truly worth the trip! Traveling with three kids and two families, we were pleased to find the staff attentive, professional, and generous in their service. The facility itself was spotless, and the kids had a fantastic time enjoying the well-maintained pool and game room. The gym was also impressive—clean and equipped with everything we needed for a good workout. We were initially concerned after reading some reviews that mentioned issues with the staff and cleanliness, but our experience was completely the opposite. We’re so glad we decided to go and see for ourselves. Scappa exceeded our expectations in every way, and we look forward to returning!

The view is great, and the staff are very helpful. Room decoration was not worth the price, especially that the balloons used were previously used several times. It is adviced to book rooms with separate balconies to benefit from the beautiful scenery, without compromising privacy. The buffet on breakfast is really worth it. Yet on lunch, greens used in salads were not fresh at all. Room was OK. The infinity pool is great.
