We spent the day at the pool, and I have to say the place itself is truly lovely — very relaxing, well-designed, and aesthetically pleasing. It’s the perfect spot to unwind. That said, we did experience one downside during our visit, which was related to the service. I’m generally very understanding and don’t like to be overly critical, but we couldn’t help but feel a bit unwelcome throughout the day. When we first arrived at the reception, there were two women — one was on the phone giving instructions to the other — and they didn’t really acknowledge us or offer a warm greeting. Then, after we settled in (we were a group of five friends sitting together), someone came about 15 minutes later and asked to remove two of our chairs for decoration purposes, which would have separated our group. We politely asked why the change was happening after we had already sat down, but the question didn’t seem to be well received. Later, when we went to order some drinks and water, we said hello but didn’t receive a response at first. We had to greet them again before someone came to take our order, and unfortunately, the interaction didn’t feel very friendly. We genuinely appreciated the ambiance and the beautiful setting, but the overall experience was impacted by how we were made to feel. We really wanted to enjoy the day to the fullest, but we left feeling a little disappointed. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I had such a beautiful experience at Resort Residencia. The vibe is peaceful, elegant, and truly perfect for anyone looking to relax and disconnect. The design and atmosphere felt luxurious. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were warm and attentive

Our stay at your hotel was at the end of May 2025. The hotel itself was very clean, the food was delicious, and most of the staff were friendly and professional. However, our experience was negatively affected by one staff member (a red-haired woman) who behaved very rudely. When we went to the pool, it was still under maintenance, so we sat in what seemed to be a “VIP” area (it was completely empty, and no one came during our stay). Once we realized it was reserved, we moved immediately. Later, when I went to the reception, this same woman followed me and was about to confront me, but when she noticed I was paying with a golden visa card, she stepped back and walked away, looking at me in a very unprofessional manner. This gave us the impression that, as young Lebanese guests, we were unfairly judged or treated as if we were not paying enough. In addition, guests should be informed that the outdoor jacuzzi is not heated. We booked a two-night stay, but these issues prevented us from fully enjoying our experience. With proper training for this staff member (apparently a manager), the guest experience would be much better.

The residence is stunning and the pool is perfect for relaxing. The entire place feels so cozy and welcoming. You can tell a lot of care went into creating such a peaceful atmosphere. Absolutely loved it! Highly recommended!
