Poème Chocolate – LeMall Dbayeh

I recently bought the 250g egg chocolates from Poème at the mall in Dbayeh to try them out, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The taste is far from what you’d expect from Belgian chocolate, as they claimed. It lacked the richness and quality I was expecting—I was genuinely shocked by how off the flavor was. For the high price I paid, the quality just didn’t match at all. On a more positive note, I also tried their Kunafa Beirut chocolate, and it was absolutely delicious. It had a unique and well-balanced flavor that really impressed me. Overall, it was a mixed experience—great with the Kunafa Beirut, but very underwhelming and overpriced when it came to the egg chocolates from the Dbayeh branch.

Bad service and the employee talks about you when you walk away. The icecream was old and not creamy. Used to be better

Good chocolate but very bad service, the cashier at le mall branch has a very bad attitude and is disrespectful

The chef is so nice and everything was soo good but the sales lady was so rude and disrespectful she told me that 1kg is for 33$ and i said yes, then when i came to pay she told me 45$ in a disrespectful way so told her to remove some until its 33$ exacty i felt like she was trying to scam me !! Then she was acting so bad and looking at me like i can not afford it unfortunately i will never go there again!

Chocolate improves your mood, so how if you taste kunafa with chocolate, they have dopamine that raises to the highest levels, I got a box of mixed chocolates from Poeme Carrefour 5 stars from me
