The place has amazing vibes and great songs, we really enjoyed it! My only comment is about the reservation system — while booking I asked for a specific table but was told the place was full, so I agreed. When we arrived (on a Tuesday), I asked again about certain tables but was told they were reserved. We sat where the staff suggested, which was nice, but the tables I wanted stayed empty the whole night, even when we left. I don’t know what the issue was, but otherwise everything about the place was perfect.

The DJ was good, they offer delicious food, sweets and good selection of drinks. The staff is welcome and helpful. Need to do something to fix the chairs! Need to reserve The view from top is superb Valet parking available.

Merchak Roofgarden is a must-visit spot in Beirut, especially for sunset. The view is absolutely stunning, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy the evening. Prices are very reasonable, and the menu is impressive, offering a wide selection of dishes with both Asian and Lebanese flavors, all with a modern twist. We ordered the salmon tacos, shrimp wontons, and several other dishes—all were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The wine prices are fair, though a broader selection of white wines and champagne would make the experience even better. My only recommendation would be to provide a physical menu rather than a barcode menu, as it would make browsing and selecting dishes easier. Service was excellent throughout, making our visit smooth and enjoyable. Overall, Merchak Roofgarden is a fantastic place for great food, beautiful views, and a memorable evening in Beirut. Highly recommended!

One of the best rooftop dining experiences I've ever had! The ambiance is simply wow – stunning views, a great vibe, and beautiful music that really sets the mood. The service was fast and professional, and the management went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for me. They were super helpful and even gave me the exact table I requested, which made my evening extra special. The staff has amazing communication skills, and the waiter who served us was not only classy and well-presented, but also knowledgeable and friendly. Special thanks to the hostess – she was extremely welcoming, polite, and made us feel comfortable the second we walked in. Her warm attitude and smile really added a nice touch to the whole experience. Everything from the atmosphere to the hospitality was top-notch. Highly recommended!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! We made our reservation three weeks in advance, specifically requesting a prime location with easy access, as we were a group of 18 — including a person with determination. It was a special occasion: a family reunion with relatives visiting from abroad, and we were genuinely looking forward to enjoying the evening together. Despite being asked to arrive strictly on time, we were made to wait an additional 30 minutes for the rooftop to be ready. When finally seated, we were placed at the far end of the venue, a spot that was completely inaccessible and unsuitable for our companion with special needs — despite our clear and repeated requests. To make matters worse, the floor was dangerously slippery due to vapor and condensation from the weather. One of our family members slipped and fell, putting their safety at serious risk. When we asked to speak to the manager, no one took responsibility — blame was casually passed from one staff member to another. The manager arrived another 30 minutes later, offered no apology, and took no action to improve the situation. When we voiced our concern for our family member with determination, his response was shockingly dismissive: “Wasn’t she here yesterday sitting in the same area?” — A completely unacceptable and insensitive reply. Honestly, we would have enjoyed our time much more in our own garden than feeling neglected, squeezed into a corner, with an L shaped table giving each others back and treated with such a lack of care. and baring all the humidity! This experience was a complete disappointment — defined by poor accessibility, unsafe conditions, and unprofessional management.
