I’m really disappointed with my visit to Merchak. I had made a reservation in advance and even had the confirmation saved in my WhatsApp chat. However, when I arrived, the staff claimed there was no reservation under my name. This was very embarrassing for me, especially since I had invited guests who had to wait more than 10 minutes because of this mistake. What made it worse is that the restaurant was not even full, yet they still gave me the last table by the door. It was my birthday, and I had hoped for a pleasant evening, but instead it turned out to be terrible and boring. This experience completely ruined the occasion for me, and I honestly cannot recommend Merchak based on how poorly everything was handled.
