a month agoWe booked a valentine’s package, dinner with an executive room and we thought that it would be a 5 stars experience but the reality was very different! The room is big, new and clean but that is all. Arriving to dinner we discovered that it isn’t at all what they claimed it is, it is the pool restaurant where they had definitely not a 5 stars hotel table setting, plastic table mat with weird set up and low quality food! Definitely not worth the 180$ dinner price. The location is good walkable to Saifi village but it is in a small road and doesn’t have any view expect the buildings around.

a month agoAbsolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — everything is nearby and very convenient. The service was truly outstanding; the staff were extremely kind, helpful, and very quick to respond to any request. We asked for a late check-out, and they were very accommodating and helpful about it, which we really appreciated.
