a month agoThis place is a must visit when in Beirut. It’s an authentic famous hidden gem for breakfast that is featured on many notorious food sources including CNN. The ful was rich and flavorful, the eggs with kawarma were perfectly seasoned, and everything came with fresh vegetables, olives, pickles, mint, and warm bread. We had tea after breakfast to make it complete. It’s Simple, traditional, and absolutely delicious. The staff are very welcoming and respectful. Mister elsoussi was also very humble, very nice and welcoming. It’s a family run pave for years you could feel the care in every interaction. I simply loved it and I definitely recommend it.

2 weeks agoBest breakfast I had in beirut Traditional food served on the traditional way The staff were very welcoming and smiling all the time Their food is so fresh and tasty I had the feta (hummus+tahina) with egg quarma (egg with bacon) which was so yummy and they gave some pickles and fresh ment on the side for free with olives I’ve seen this restaurant a lot on social media but the real experience is way better and deserves the hustle of transportation and looking for the location
