I used to regularly go to this place with the intention of supporting local cafes but stopped mainly due to their terrible staff and customer service, I believe that most of their staff are allergic to friendliness and smiles, especially the long-haired chubby guy. I was sitting at the lower floor and it was freezing, asked the long-haired guy twice to turn on heating, he said yes and didn’t do anything! I left after 1 hour. Overall, I do not recommend this place as there are better alternatives, this place has decent drinks and ambience, but the staff is a huge letdown and management should seriously work on improving the hospitality of their employees!
