a week agoStaying at the Smallville Hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish! The location was fantastic - right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all amenities. Upon check-in, we were warmly greeted by the staff at reception. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a busy day. The dining options at the hotel were superb and the waiters were always ready to assist. A bigg thank you to the reservations manager Lina Masri for making my stay enjoyable. She is a valuable asset to the company. Highly recommend!

a month agoI couldn't check in on the dy due converting the lifts to solar & decided to do it in the middle of the day, but they still charged me for the night.. OK on another note, the buffet they have is shoking they put all the food in the sun, fish & everything else. They didn't have a cutting board so I asked the waitress to cut me a piece of baguette, so she grabbed the bread by her hands, cut the piece & brought it to my plate, asked for a FW & they brought me a latte, shower wais is blocked. The manager came in & start talking to the staff infornt of the clients & acting like a hero, So I grabbed the chance to tell his assistanted about all the wrong things with the buffet & absolutely didn't care. Another weird thing, they charge your visitors fee to join you at the pool

6 months agoThe hotel is very nice, however, I experienced an issue for the second time during my stay. I had booked a room yesterday and made sure to request a late checkout. The front desk confirmed that I could stay until 3:00 pm. Surprisingly, I received a call the next day at 12:00 pm telling me that I needed to vacate the room. When I mentioned my late checkout reservation, they informed me that no one had informed them and the latest I could checkout was 1:00 pm.

4 months ago"I've been a loyal guest at this hotel due to its excellent service. However, I was taken aback during my last visit by the manager, Osama's, lack of consideration & attitude. Despite the unexpected political situation, which prompted an early checkout at 11 am, the refusal to refund the unused night felt unfair. I hope this feedback helps improve future customer experiences. It's definitely important for a hotel to have staff that matches its standard of service. I hope the hotel reevaluates its staff training to ensure all managers can provide the high-quality service expected."
