Be Batroun Beach Hotel

I’m shocked to see 0 humanity exists in this day and age. I’ve booked my birthday vacation there and there was only one option available. My dad just passed away and I called to ask if I can change the dates as my vacation is in 2 weeks. I talked to their manager Rami who showed 0 empathy, kept talking over me saying I booked a non refundable option and they will charge the full amount regardless of the situation, and maybe give me a discount the next time I wanna book. I’ve offered to show them death certificate, not like I just decided to cancel, but again 0 care 0 empathy. So disappointed to see that from my own country.

The place is unhygienic and fitted out to show fake luxury. I stayed in an executive suite which charged 400$ to get mould in ceiling and in shower walls. It was truly disgusting and disappointing experience. I sincerely don't recommend this place. Refer to photos for shocking truth.

Worst experience . We booked 3 rooms with breakfast 300usd per room On check out they wanted to charge us the water and coffee we took with breakfast 100usd for water and coffee They even charged us 11usd per car Big disappointment

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The experience was very friendly from start to finish. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. Breakfast, though a bit limited, was good. The restaurant is classy with a nice ambiance, and the pool area is great for relaxing. The standout feature, however, is the incredibly friendly staff who made the stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Their kindness and attentiveness made my time at the hotel even more enjoyable. Whether it was their helpful recommendations about local attractions or simply checking in to see how I was doing, they truly made a difference. The atmosphere at Be Batroun is welcoming and relaxing, with beautiful beach and pool areas that invite you to unwind. I think adding a chill singer for the evenings would be a fantastic touch, creating a perfect ambiance for guests to stay and enjoy the lovely surroundings. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay with incredible service. Thank you, Be Batroun Hotel, for an amazing experience! I can't wait to return!
