Be Batroun Beach Hotel

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The experience was very friendly from start to finish. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. Breakfast, though a bit limited, was good. The restaurant is classy with a nice ambiance, and the pool area is great for relaxing. The standout feature, however, is the incredibly friendly staff who made the stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The hospitality here is exceptional, and every staff member goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I want to give a special shout-out to Makram and Maria, who were absolutely amazing! Their kindness and attentiveness made my time at the hotel even more enjoyable. Whether it was their helpful recommendations about local attractions or simply checking in to see how I was doing, they truly made a difference. The atmosphere at Be Batroun is welcoming and relaxing, with beautiful beach and pool areas that invite you to unwind. I think adding a chill singer for the evenings would be a fantastic touch, creating a perfect ambiance for guests to stay and enjoy the lovely surroundings. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were amazing and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast next morning and loved the convenient location close to the beautiful sea in Batroun.

I recently enjoyed a beach day at Batroun Beach Hotel, and I must say, it's an amazing place with a serene and exquisite atmosphere. The pool area is very nice, and the overall setting of the hotel provides a perfect backdrop for relaxation. However, we did encounter several issues with the service. Despite this, Maria at the entrance was exceptionally hospitable and very helpful, constantly checking in to ensure everything was satisfactory. Hamza, our waiter, also stood out with his attentive and friendly service, adding to the positive aspects of our day. While there were some service shortcomings the staff made me optimistic that the service will improve soon. Additionally, Mr. Raffi, the manager, generously offered us a room to shower and change, even though they were still working on them, which was much appreciated. I highly recommend the experience and look forward to visiting again.
