Excellent view and comfort hotel I love that ambious and olive trees

The guest house itself is beautiful, the rooms are very nice, the setting is amazing, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful. Unfortunately, the restaurant completely ruined the experience. The food quality was very poor and the variety was extremely limited, which is unacceptable when you’re staying in a remote location with no other dining options nearby. We ordered chicken liver, which arrived with a very bad smell. We asked the waiter to return it, but it still appeared on the bill. No gesture was offered and not even a simple dessert was provided. Even at night, the “international menu” had barely any options, and the room service menu was just as limited. For a place this beautiful, the service and food were a major disappointment. I’m giving zero stars for the restaurant and service. If the management fixes the food quality and menu variety, this could easily be a top-tier destination — but for now, I wouldn’t return.

PEOPLE! You MUST visit this place. Whether you are staying at the resort or simply having lunch, you need to go here! I went to a place in Baakline originally however it was closed. My cousin found this amazing place based on reviews and trust me, it exceeds all expectations. Food was amazing, service was amazing, resort grounds are very secure and well kept. The views are breathtaking. I was SO happy visiting Bkerzay. I will visit again. Update. I visited again and I spent a night. Finally, six years later! Absolutely amazing place. Refreshing, peaceful and gorgeous. We were privileged to stay in Bkerzay's best villa and it was amongst the best experiences we have had. Lovely place. Worth every dollar and more.

We stayed several tiles in the past in the hôtel but this last visit was for the lunch buffet. The place is still fascinating though this time there was some works on the road . Buffet Variety is good lack the grill though , service is acceptable if compared to seasonal restaurants Totally recommended for both the dinning experience or the weekend getaway . Price is on the mid high range
