a month agoRude management, they didn’t let my kid into the pool although we are regular clients. The lifeguard was so friendly and respectful but the mistake was from the management(in order to please other people). No going there anymore and I am gonna let all my friends know that. We used to party there and come to the pool 3 years ago, everything was better.

2 months agoI mainly give them 5 stars but for what happened tiday i am giving them 1. We were in the pool for 5 minutes before a lifeguard yelled that noodles are “not allowed.” No sign, no warning, just rudeness. Reception gave us the same attitude. We have been loyal guests every weekend. This is how you treat people? I will make sure to spread the word. Update : A few days after my initial review, I received a call from the management with an apology for what happened. Today, the manager followed up again and confirmed that how the situation was handled does not reflect their values. They acknowledged it was not the right approach and assured us that moving forward, they will better organize how kids are managed around the pool. As parents, this is exactly what we want—clear rules, respectful communication, and a safe space for everyone. We will visit again soon, we will gladly update our review.

2 months agoFully agree with the reviews! Doesn’t deserve one star but no other choice. Wish I read the reviews before coming here today 🥺 The place has deteriorated very much in the past 2 years, starting with the cleanliness to the condition of the chairs cloth on pool and beach, even the pool water temperature! Such a shame - this place was very nice and the quality of customer service was one of the best in Lebanon. Ruined our day off Apparently, the life guard confirmed management have known about the issue of the pool water temperature since almost 3 years and it’s because of the dark color of the tiles! And they did nothing about it. Avoid this place especially in the hot summer period.

2 months agoWhether you're looking for rest, romance, or a family vacation, this resort has it all. The service was top-notch: attentive, friendly, and always with a smile. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options. I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended.

2 months agoWe’ve always loved this resort — it used to be our favorite escape. Unfortunately, our recent experience was quite disappointing. The adult pool has become more of a playground than a place to relax. It’s full of kids and babies ( even under a year old), some in diapers, splashing around with toys and sometimes not even in proper swimwear (i.e. regular outfits). We even saw a mom changing diapers right next to the pool. There is a kids’ pool available, yet no effort is made to enforce any separation or basic rules for the adult pool. On top of that, the chairs are packed side by side with no space. We really hope management reconsiders its approach and puts clear rules in place — especially for the adult pool — to restore the relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere we once loved.
