4 months agoThe location is great but the whole experience was tainted by the horrendous attitude of the manager who was extremely unprofessional when we asked him to correct the bill we received which had multiple items we never ordered and which bumped our bill to a hefty $850 instead of $600. At the end, it was a matter of he said she said. The staff was not even able to point to the specific person who ordered the unrecognised items. We ultimately agreed to pay a higher amount than we should have just to leave this place. I would highly suggest the management team to improve the way they operate by either requiring guests to pay for their items as they order or to invest in an ordering system where the clients enter themselves the orders and can manage what is entered against their bill. I will never come back and will definitely not suggest this place to anyone.

3 months agoThe place is cute. I wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t like loud music and partying (no one really swims)… The arguileh on the deck was a big no for me, but aside from that, the deck is really nice, and the towels and sunbeds are a very nice touch. The employees are very kind and helpful. Special thanks to Mohammad Arabi for being super helpful and sweet!

4 months agoRude and unwelcoming manager. He lied to us about the venue being fully booked and wasn’t accommodating to begin with when we asked about modifying the reservation, managing this like an Ibiza club. But I wouldn’t have written a bad review only for that. The WORST PART is the items added to the bill which we didn’t recognise. The manager called us liars when there was $180+ on the bill that obviously belonged to neighbouring tables (unrelated items, illogical quantities). Music too loud, food ok, service quick, but terrible experience, won’t be going again. There are better ways and places to spend money.

4 months agoBad experience with the hostess named sophia. I came very early in the morning and all the seats were empty and she wanted to give me the spots without sun saying you didn’t book and it was all empty! By 2 pm the place was half full i asked for an umbrella they said they don’t have one and they wanted change the pool area knowing that a lot of seats are empty with umbrellas. The same lady! I spoke to the guy he was like no i will keep you in the same area with a seat with umbrella. After saying im writing a bad review the umbrella arrived.
